Primary Purpose of Job

Entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in administrative processes and office management. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant professionals to join our team. Admin will get hands-on experience of supporting 2-3 leaders across locations/ time-zones in scheduling meetings, submit expenses, arrange travel. Learn essential administrative skills and contribute to the smooth operation of leader s office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel management and expense submission.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update organization charts, distribution lists, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with other team members and act as a backup
  • Collaborate with business partners and help in building a culture across locations.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop administrative skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
