Data Analyst - Hyderabad / Secunderabad - ADP @ ADP Solutions

Job Description

• Personal selected would be responsible for data analytics using technologies like Tableau, BI Publisher, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, Transact-SQL and scripting languages including Shell Scripting, PowerShell scripting, JavaScript. Proficiency on the Python will be an added advantage.
• Use predictive analytics and data mining to solve complex problems and drive business decisions. Must have worked on analytics like Google Analytics, GTM and provide analytical data that is used to drive critical business decisions.
• Develop analytics solutions (Forecasting, prediction etc.).
• Translate ambiguous business problems into actionable analysis requirements.
• Set priorities in a way that meets both periodic and ad-hoc reporting needs.
• Deep-dive various data sources for analysis, root causes, and to uncover new patterns and answer key questions.
• Translate business inquiries to analytical reports required to drive reporting, metrics, dashboards, and a compliant programs
• Ability to provide understandable and actionable business intelligence for key stakeholders.
• Solve analytical problems, and effectively communicate methodologies and results.
• Build a culture of visual management build robust operational and business metrics and make them highly visual and consumable across the workplace, and help us drive performance that delights our customers.
• Should be able to work in a fast paced start-up like environment.

Qualifications:

• B.E. or MCA with 4-6 years of experience on the data analytics using technologies like Tableau, BI Publisher, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, Transact-SQL and scripting languages including Shell Scripting, PowerShell scripting, JavaScript. Proficiency on the Python will be an added advantage.
• Experience working in an agile process.
• Good knowledge on the finance domain.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
