Develop R42 expertise for both India Consumer and Corporate Card businesses - Manage MR loyalty system related award/bonus set-ups for New Product launches, Product Refreshes/Changes, Spend Stimulation Campaigns, Merchant Bonus setups, Campaign Fulfilment and various MR projects for both India Consumer and Corporate Card businesses.
Ensure timely and correct delivery of various projects and setups
Ensure the online catalogue is maintained correctly and with the right inventory at partner s end to ensure seamless customer experience on MR.
Single point of contact for all complaints related to Membership rewards., Ensure the complaints are resolved within TAT, Work on improving the process and building efficiency in the system to reduce the number of complaints.
Manage MIS reporting for the R42 related award / bonus set-ups.
Partner with various stakeholders including Central MR Teams, Product Teams, Operational Risk and other stakeholders, on managing various MR Control & Compliance, Marketing Excellence related activities, Ops Risk alignment
- SPOC for all Marketing PRSAs, and other Audits.
- Managing Regulatory Monitoring related queries
- SPOC and SMEs for new initiatives that require Ops Risk alignment
Drive Process Improvement Initiatives and enhance Customer Experience for MR Program/other Marketing Programs
Build relationships and engage with the global / central teams to ensure smooth delivery of new products, capabilities, and initiatives with respect to R42 in India market
