Have a detailed understanding of Accenture's processes, risks, and internal controls.
Recommend and implement improvements to the processes and global standard set of internal controls
Independently perform tasks assigned by team
Organize tasks to meet deadlines and rearrange based on changes to team priorities. Execute to meet deadlines.
Work with Sr. Manager/Assoc. Manager to understand key milestones. Organize & assign tasks for team members.
Monitor status of assigned tasks and work with team to priortize to meet deadlines. Communicate status of projects and milestones to Sr. Manager
Liaise with Internal & External Audit and other organizations as necessary.
Regularly communicate status or projects and key milestones as well as delays in projects and milestone to team leadership & propose solutions to delays
Serve as key contact for business partners in key process areas.
Expert written and verbal communication skills to small and large audiences . Developing presentation skills to Senior Leadership
Coordinate with HR and lead recruitment, interview, and hiring process for new joiners
Deliver training to Accenture employees within key process areas
Provide on-the-job training to team members
Provide clear expectations and periodic performance evaluations to team members
Participate in the walkthrough of end to end processes and related internal controls
Organize and assign the documentation of narratives, flowcharts, and TOD. Monitor and follow up on status
Serve as point person in questions/requests from KPMG following walkthrough
Coorindate pre-calls with control owners to discuss expectations and answer questions
Assign control testing to team and monitor status of completion. Document the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
Document the DA for any ineffective controls
Summarize results of OE testing and communicate to Sr. Managers. Communicate issues in completing Action Plans or DA items.
Review test plans and propose changes each quarter
Organize and lead the annual scoping/risk assessment and design effectiveness exercise
Monitor and follow up on status of DE and BL confirmations. Ensure 100% completion
Review and approve changes to controls based on feedback from control owners and business leads
