Timing: 7:30 pm- 4:30 am
Benefits: One Side cab (Drop) + One time meal
Number of working days: 5 (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)Job Description: End-to-End Recruitment-

• Good communication Skills are a must.
• responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
• Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status

Candidate's Desired Profile:Education: (Any Graduate or Post Graduate can apply) *Should have good communication & interpersonal skills
*Should have a basic understanding of Recruitment
* Basic Knowledge of US Tax & Visa terms would be an added advantage
