Required Skills

Salesforce Experience:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Salesforce projects and analytics.
  • CRMA Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of CRM Analytics (CRMA) components, including data flows, recipes, datasets, and dashboards. Experience in testing CRMA data pipelines is essential.

Automation Skills:

  • Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, and experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.

SQL Proficiency:

  • Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data within the Salesforce environment.

Testing Methodologies:

  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Problem-Solving:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and diagnose issues within the CRMA system.

Communication:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ISTQB Certification:
  • Certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board or equivalent.
  • Salesforce Certifications:
    • Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Experience with Performance Testing Tools:
  • Experience using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner for performance testing.
  • Knowledge of Data Visualization:
  • Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

Attention to Detail:

  • Meticulous attention to detail to identify even minor discrepancies in data or functionality.

Curiosity:

  • A natural curiosity to explore and understand the intricacies of the CRMA system.

Team Player:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Self-Starter:

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems
