Job Description
DevOps Automation Engineer
PowerShell experience
* AWS Cloud Foundation or SysOps (no certificate is required, but some experience is needed it)
* Jenkins and Groovy
* Git / Bitbucket
* Jira
* Confluence
* Cloud Formation
* Python (desirable but not require)
* 24/7 Queue Monitoring/Application Operations
* User Request, Space Management, Administration of tasks, Access requests
* User Incident Handling (Known Issues from KEDB), User Group Administration, Root Cause Analysis
* Daily Health checks of applications and routine system checks, Preventive maintenance, Daily Health Check Server level, liaise with client Admin team and provide system performance reports/capacity reports
* Resolve incidents to Closure (unresolved from L1)
* Incident Analysis and route to L3 for application bug fixes
* Update the knowledgebase for consumption by L1 group
* Problem Closure -Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues and providing fixes and updating error database
* Incident Reduction through proactive maintenance changes
* Check acceptance criteria for production environment
* User Administration, Environment Stability, Patch Updates
* Server Log Analysis, Privilege Checks, Scheduled Report Monitoring, Incident Monitoring, Backup Monitoring
* Space management, server monitoring, Restart Services in Production
* Code Deployment, Ad hoc Service Request Management
* Liaise with vendor teams to resolve any platform incidents, check acceptance criteria for production environment, participate in release meets, Knowledge Management and Standardization
