Role and Responsibilities of an ADE,
1.Candidates need to onboard prospective shops and stores to Amazon by explaining them about ease of doing business with Amazon, pitching them to sell products via Amazon.
2.Candidates need to visit Stores and Shops daily and resolve issues faced by them if any to maintain healthy relationship for smooth business operation.
3.Candidates need to be agile while working on field as they have to pitch shop owners for ecom business with Amazon.
4.Candidates need to train store associates and delivery associates in terms of routing and operations who will assist and deliver products to consumers as per last mile operations.
5.Minimum onboarding target and regional area pincode is assigned to each ADE, they need to cover the whole area by visiting prospective shops and meet their targets by onboarding new shops.
6.Candidates need to prepare and should be able to manage and send daily/weekly/monthly reports for performance review.
7.Candidates should be able to work in flexible shifts.
8.Candidates should have application knowledge of Ms Office and should be able to work with Ms Office and Google Sheets.
9.Candidates need to have conversational English speaking skills.
