Internal Communication Lead @ Vvinayak Associates

Job Description

• Working with Global Public Affairs colleagues to develop integrated Internal Communications strategies that support franchise-wide priorities and business line specific programs
• Collaborating with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas in line with the company s strategy and standards
• Writing organizational announcements, initiative-specific communications and talking points, including the coordination of employee-related events
• Providing fresh and engaging executive communication
• Providing internal communications support for major projects, including change and crisis communication
• Working within the variety of tools and channels (email, Yammer, events, ambient, video)

Qualifications:

• Passion for getting people together and creating engaging environment by different communication tools
• High-energy self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguous environments and work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly proficient in English and Polish - allowing for independent writing and proofreading new copy
• Interest in current communication trends
• Previous experience in internal communication with large & complex organizations.
• Digitally savvy experienced with social media, corporate platforms Lotus, Yammer, email distribution engines, email design and formatting, video content management, reporting tools etc.
