- Job Description: Project Control & Planning will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team in the successful execution of solar projects. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, deadlines are adhered to, and clients" expectations are exceeded. Responsibilities: Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating solar energy projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and installation, to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and propose solutions to mitigate them. Prepare project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Support project budget management by tracking expenses, verifying invoices, and reporting variances. Assist in conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met. Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and implementing best practices in project management processes. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to solar energy and project management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or related field. Prior experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar). Knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy technologies is a plus. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable but not required.,
