Data Entry Clerk Job Description

Responsibilities:

Enter Data: Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders. Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
Update Records: Update customer information in a database, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Error Correction: Review data for errors and correct any issues.
Documentation: Document the data entry process.
Support Duties: Assist with other support tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements:

Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft programs and data entry.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Data Confidentiality: Understanding of data confidentiality requirements.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills.
Independence: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Dependability: Reliable and dependable.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED
