- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager/Head of Marketing specialized in Knitted Fabric to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our marketing efforts, driving growth and expanding our market presence in the global textile industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans specifically tailored to " knitted fabrics". Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Sound Commercial & Technical background with reference to Knits Fabric. Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals. Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, and support. Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through effective digital marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry events. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry influencers. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and tactics.
