Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Deliver sales training programs for new and existing sales team members.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they understand the company's products, sales processes, and customer service standards.
- Develop role-play exercises, case studies, and sales techniques to enhance the sales team's performance.
- Provide on-field coaching and support to improve sales conversions.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and HR teams to identify skill gaps and address them with appropriate training interventions.
- Ensure all training materials are delivered in regional language, making it easy for the team to understand and implement.
- Stay updated with market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to enhance training content.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience: 5-7 years in Sales Training, preferably in Housing Finance/NBFC/Banking/ Financial Services.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Language: Must be fluent in Regional language and English.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
