Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory.
Create and implement inventory management systems, processes and procedures.
Develop and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy and stock rotation.
Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
Ensure that all warehouse operations are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
Execute strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage and coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
