Job Type- Part Time/ Freelancer We are looking for an experienced Leader who has an experience in handling various IT projects under E-governance and Advocacy to lead the organization's goals to plan and execute strategies that effectively influence governments and institutions to adopt policies and practices that will accelerate sustainable growth. 1. Ensure that the requirements of Govt official in matters like preparation of EoI/ RFP/ Contracts/ Public Private Partnership / DPR and other related matters are suitably addressed 2. Experienced in PMO, Project Coordination, MIS and implementation, ICT Based Technology . 3. Superior writing, presentation and overall communication skills and the ability to develop proposals and presentations. 4. Documenting Business Development Activities and assisting in Concept note. 6. Demonstrating alignments of projects with national/ state level policies and frameworks. 7. Ensure that the different e governance projects being developed are in alignment with the overall objectives of the defined and adopted policies Expectation from Candidate: Should be Proficient at Requirement analysis, Gap analysis and Process Re-engineering along with good knowledge of process workflow, tools and techniques. Hands-on experience in preparing Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Requirement for Proposal (RFP) documents, SLA (Service Level Agreement), RFQ, EOI (Expression of Interests)

Experience in Secondary Research , IT Roadmap

Strong experience in government, advocacy, or public sector
