Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit and train advisers/agents to sell Motor Insurance products.
* Generate business through agents in the assigned region.
* Ensure regular tracking of agents' licensing and activation.
* Coordinate with other departments like underwriting, claims, and operations.
Preferred Candidate:
* Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (preferably in agency/insurance).
* Must have spent at least 1 year in the current organization.
* On-field role requiring sales focus.
* Should own a two-wheeler.
