Hiring For International Process - Technical Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supporting customers contacting for technical assistance with network through LAN, WIFI, Mobile, Televison, Routers and Computers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures.
• Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Ensure all issues are properly logged.
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• The ability to think logically.
• Strong customer focus.
• Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain individual performance towards client KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Must be graduate
• Freshers/Experience can apply
• Shifts - 6pm - 6am (Windows)

• CTC - Fresher - 2.40 l p.a
• CTC - Experience - Upto 3.20 l p.a.

Walkin from Monday - Saturday - 11am - 3pm

Location - Teleperformance, LiveIn Style Building, Beside Axis Bank ATM, 3rd Floor, Jubliee Enclave, Hitech city, Hyderabad.
