Hiring Architechs/ Civil Engineers - KPHB Hyderabad (Malayalam/Kannada/Tamil Speaking)

Role & responsibilities

• Interact with customers to get a better understanding of their preferences.
• Quality check to ensure that the data collected is viable for a design and ensure that the design made meets all the requirements of the customer.
• Help in designing guidelines for design partners, that will help satisfy the requirements of regional customers.
• Coordinate with central command centre and other stakeholders in the customers service request journey to discuss progress and address any gaps/issues.
• Help improve the design process by identifying gaps at every stage of the service journey, whether related to digital application, design partner, quality, delivery, feedback, customer grievance management etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Trained on Autocad & related applications
• Strong communication skills
• Qualification required: Btech Graduate in Architecture/Civil Engineering
• Experience - Atleast 6months or above in Architecture/Civil Engineering (Work experience involved in process planning, design review for residential building/individual houses. Understanding of architectural design process.)
• Able to speak - English + Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada
