Responsibilities :-
1. End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads.
2. Scheduling and conducting property site visit.
3. Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant and eventual deal closing.
4. Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards.
5. Expand the offline broker network & maintaining healthy relations aimed towards better/swift deal closing.
