Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare & maintain, review, and analyse financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Recording day-to-day transactions, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Maintaining GST reports, preparing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9 in Tally, and reconciling ITC.
Managing TDS deductions, generating TDS reports, and ensuring proper tax payments.
Manage tax filings, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and stakeholders.
Filing GST returns, reconciling invoices, and downloading reports from the GST portal.
Filing ITRs, generating Form 16, and managing tax payments & refunds.
Knowledge & Handling company filings, submitting annual returns, and updating compliance forms.
Assist in decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Chartered Accountant (CA)

2. Hand on experience in Tally ERP / GST / Income Tax Filing / Payroll & Compliance (PF & ESI)

3. Bachelors / Masters (preferably in Accounting & Finance)

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

6. Experience in auditing, taxation, and compliance.
