Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for administrator activities (User ID creation for new employees and ID remove for resigned employees) related to all IPC/SCADA based system of process & packing equipments in Unit VII.
2. Responsible for carrying out Backups and Restorations of all IPC/SCADA based process and packing equipments.
3. Responsible to ensure periodic review of all archived back-ups related to process and packing equipments as per schedules.
4. Responsibility to ensure all Operating system Controls are implemented for all computer systems available in manufacturing, engineering and packing departments.
5. Responsible for creation of folders, files, users and configuring user roles in share point.
6. Responsible for DSRS, e-residue Pro administrator activities (User ID creation for new employees and ID remove for resigned employees and audit trail review)
7. Responsible to provide remote access to external OEM/service provider for maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
8. Responsible to participate/execute qualification & validation of computerized system wherever applicable.
9. Responsible to prepare SOPs and schedules related to user management, backup and restoration of all computerized systems at unit VII.
10. Responsible to provide necessary support during internal and external audits.
11. Responsible to provide necessary support during Remote Access Control for Standalone Computerized Systems in Production and Utilities.
12. To ensure computerized systems in manufacturing, engineering and packing are in compliance with the current approved procedures.
13. Responsible to review the SOPs and formats in Quality Management System Application.
Preferred candidate profile
1. 15-20 Years of Experience from Pharmaceutical Industry
2. Qualification : BE/B. Tech/MCA/IT /Computer Applications
