Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Good Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies.
- Support the performance review process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the separation formalities and documentation to ensure a smooth experience to exiting employees.
- Compile HR metrics and analyse trends, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
