Job description 

 

ERP: SAP

 

  1. This position is responsible for cash application of customer invoices .
  2. Intermediate Excel, Word and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  4. Must have - Working knowledge of Finance Operations (OTC )
  5. Must have ERP knowledge and F&A working experience.
    Applying cash to customer accounts and to their invoices, timely and accuracy of data inputs into ERP.
  6. Unapplied and unidentified follow up with customers and internal stake holders.
  7. Provide support and generation of existing reports and dashboards
  8. Good communication skills as this role involves interacting with customers across regions.
  9. Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
  10. AR GL vs subledger reconciliation.
  11. Intercompany invoices charge back .
  12. Stake holder management and team management.
  13. Dash board preparation and analytical skiils.
  14. Presentation skills is must and handling governance calls.
