Job Description

1. Review prepared e invoice for import/ export department.
2. Ensure collection will be on time.
3. Review all Tally entries.
4. Bank Reconciliation.
5. Review Credit Note/ Debit Note which issued on behalf of company with management approval.
6. Ensure timely payment of all statutory compliance (GST/ TDS/ PF/ PT).
7. Ensure we are following the correct process for remittance through E Net.
8. Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Audit.
9. Vendor payment/ internal staff payment management (In & Out cash flow management)
10. Fund request process as per requirement through E Net & Bank.
11. New software implementation as required.
12. Ensure replies to client/internal staff queries within requested time frame.
13. Prepare all MIS reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis as per requirement from management.
14. Co-ordination with banker for OD/CC or loan for new application and renew.
15. Co-ordination with CA/ CFO as per requirement.
16. Should be able to handle team members.
17. Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management from time to time
