Electrical & Control Engineer @ Actualise Business

Job Description

We are looking for an electrical engineer to design and implement electrical & control systems for industrial, coolant filtration plant projects.

 Requirements and skills:

• Basic engineering knowledge of Electrical engineering like Power calculation & Electrical estimation.
• Selection knowledge: Proximity sensors, Level switches, Floats, VFD, PLC, Transmitters, Flow meters, Limit switches, etc.
• Computer skills: MS office
• Software: AutoCAD, PDM, ERP, E-plan
• PLC & HMI programming & troubleshooting.
• Degree/Diploma -Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To understand customer/Project requirements & Prepare Electrical drawings, Electrical BOM.
• Preparation of the electrical wiring layout of the project.
• Preparation of the System Logic and coordination with supplier and team.
• Communicate with suppliers for an offer of electrical items.
• Prepare electrical project list / Electrical Bought Out list.
• Electrical budget preparation.
• All electrical coordination with customers & taking approval from customers.
• Product unit wiring responsibilities.
• Provide support to shop floor electrical maintenance
• Maintain strong and supportive relationships with clients, service providers, and third-parties
• Monitor subcontractors
• Attend client and management meetings
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while implementing and maintaining electrical systems
• willingness to travel on-site.
• Conducting testing to ensure the systems and components meet safety standards
• Coordinate electrical implementation at customer's sites
