Job Description

1.Senior SQL Developer-> 5-7 Years experience - CTC can be upto 8.5 Lpa - Admin & performanceoriented role.   2.SeniorDot net Developer-> 4-6 years of Experience - CTC upto 9 Lpa - MVC MUST   For both these profiles - Good pedigree candidate is Mandatory & Also good client project MUST have done.There is no specific JD for these roles.   Job Location ; Chennai   Males candidates preferred & Graduationis a MUST. Please refer to the NO POACH client list.     Please Note Notice period with more than 30 days will NOT be accepted.   And share profiles with Tracker duly filled.   Client will be conducting telephonic interviews with all the shared candidates and joining will be decided according to the situation.   1. We Can given preference to Candidates who are working long tenure in an organization(ie. We
refuse doing frequent jumpers)
2. Can give preference to male candidate who are willing to work in EST timings (11 AM 8 PM)
3. We prefer a candidates holding notice period can be 25 30 days as max.
4. We will conduct telephonic interview.
5. Maitri always not believing count offer .
6. Can offer up to 30% hike from current company salary. In some special cases , if a candidates
doing excellent in interview , we can think of more than market standards.
7. Drastic salary expectation not advisable against their year of experience .
Eg. 2 years of experience candidate may get 5 LPA , he may expect 7 LPA.
8. Interview timings 11 AM to 1 PM and 3 PM to 5 PM on weekdays
