Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant with a strong background in project budgeting, execution, and financial closing within the real estate or infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SAC Planning and Reporting, integration with SAP S/4HANA and/or EPPM, and SAP Cloud Platform (CPI) for end-to-end analytics delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions for project budgeting, forecasting, execution tracking, and closing.
- Develop SAC stories, dashboards, and analytics applications tailored to real estate development and capital project environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAC planning models and visualizations.
- Enable real-time and scheduled data integration between SAC and SAP S/4HANA PS, EPPM, and FI/CO modules via SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or OData services.
- Define KPIs and metrics relevant to real estate project lifecycle: project budget utilization, cost to complete, WBS-level analysis, cash flow monitoring, etc.
- Implement SAC Planning features including allocations, input tasks, driver-based planning, and forecasting models.
- Work closely with functional consultants to ensure analytics solutions align with business process logic.
- Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users and analysts.
- Ensure performance optimization, data accuracy, and security of analytics content.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of overall SAP BI/BW/Analytics experience, with 4+ years in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Strong experience in SAC Planning and Reporting functions including model creation, data actions, and planning sequences.
- Good understanding of real estate project management processes, including budget control, execution tracking, and financial closure.
- Good understanding of Key Analytics Domains in Real Estate: Project Budgeting & Capital Planning, Project Execution & Performance Monitoring, Revenue & Lease Analytics, Property and Asset Management, Sales and Marketing Performance, Finance and Closing & Sustainability & ESG Reporting
- Experience in data modeling and connectivity to SAP S/4HANA, especially PS, EPPM, and FI/CO modules.
- Working knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and/or OData/REST services for real-time data integration.
- Ability to translate business KPIs and metrics into visually effective dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with real estate industry KPIs such as project ROI, occupancy rates, project stage-gate analysis, and funding utilization.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP Datasphere or BW/4HANA as a data source.
- SAP Certification in SAC Planning or SAC Reporting.
- Exposure to ESG/green building reporting metrics.
- Experience working in multi-phase, high-value capital development programs (e.g., commercial real estate, infrastructure, smart cities).
