JOB DESCRIPTION
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
To effectively & accurately respond to customer queries within the specified TAT and ensuring excellent service to the customer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Weightage
- Handle Inbound/Outbound calls to customers and Welcome calling verification
- Verify the details submitted by the customer/Sales at the time of policy selling and Documents submitted are matching
- Ensure verification is completed by the Right Party only
- Should maintain a Professional behavior with the customer throughout the verification process.
- Give complete and correct information on all the product purchased by the customer
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Meet targets on productivity and Quality as well as Net Promoter score (NPS)as defined from time to time.
- Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Qualification: Any Graduate
Work experience in years: 0-1 Years
Other skill set:
- Decent English oral and written communication skills with Email writing abilities
- Knowledge of any one regional language (Telugu, Tamil, Tulu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Assamese, Bengali)
- Effective and Efficient Typing skill with accuracy
- Computer knowledge with MS Office
- Ability to prioritize and manage the time and responsibilities effectively
Students residing in western suburbs preferred
