Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries for a manufacturing company.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in ERP systems (RTR).
Prepare monthly MIS reports on sales, purchases, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
Review and analyze balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and provide insights into business performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-8 years of experience in record-to-report (RTR) process with expertise in GL Accounting & Journal Entries.
Strong understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems; knowledge of R2R processes preferred.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Night shift flexibility is MANDATORY in this role .
