Roles and Responsibilities

A candidate from MSW or MBA Marketing /Operations background or with relavant work experience/internship shall be considered. The candidate must have strong NGO & Community network to mobilize and training community beneficiaries. This candidate would be part GTTF CDC(Career Developement Centre) Chennai project . CDC Mobilizer & Centre coordinators are responsible to deliver Community numbers as per the donor/client requirement.

• Must connect with NGOs/Communities Leaders to source & mobilize Community candidates
• Must maintain batch tracker & POEs Must run/operate respective community centers under the leadership of the Project Delivery Manager
• Must be good in data work
• Must be clear & assertive to communicate with people of different age group.
• Must be confident to work independently in CDC with a school or college campus
• Organizing and managing a particular department, different events, activities, or even campaigns, ensuring to implement the company's mission, vision, and goal.
