Job Description

Source, screen, and shortlist IT candidates based on client needs.

Manage interview schedules and feedback coordination.

Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations.

Act as the single point of contact between clients and recruitment teams.

Oversee open requirements, interview coordination, and closures.

Maintain strong and proactive client communication.

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters.

Allocate requirements and track closure progress.

Manage escalations, client updates, and recruitment reports.
-
Experience: 0.6 to 6+ years in recruitment or staffing.

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be willing to work from the office (Commercial Street, Bangalore).
