Job Role:

Lead, coach & manage a team of 5-10 telesales agents
Drive daily KPIs, sales targets & campaign performance
Provide regular training & skill development
Foster a dynamic and energetic team culture

Who Can Apply:

Graduate / MBA (full-time or distance)
3+ years in call center/digital sales (1-2 years in a team lead role)
Strong people management, communication & problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office
Background in insurance sales is a big plus!
