Job Role:

• Lead, coach & manage a team of 5-10 telesales agents

• Drive daily KPIs, sales targets & campaign performance

• Provide regular training & skill development

• Foster a dynamic and energetic team culture

Who Can Apply:

• Graduate / MBA (full-time or distance)

• 3+ years in call center/digital sales (1-2 years in a team lead role)

• Strong people management, communication & problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office

• Background in insurance sales is a big plus!
