Job Description
- Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and prepare formal proposal & share with customers in discussion with consult sales team.
- Draft, edit, and finalize proposals, ensuring they meet client deadlines.
- Tailor proposal content to align with client needs and industry standards.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, to gather required inputs for proposals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients & follow up to clarify requirements when necessary.
- Documentation and Formatting:
- Prepare and organize all supporting documentation, such as technical specifications, compliance matrices, pricing sheets, and certifications.
- Ensure all proposals are formatted consistently and meet quality standards.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all proposals comply with the clients requirements, including technical and legal aspects.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Follow-Up:
- Track submitted proposals and coordinate with the sales team to address client queries.
- Maintain records of submitted proposals and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports for sent quote & share with consult person.
