Proposal Development:

• Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and prepare formal proposal & share with customers in discussion with consult sales team.
• Draft, edit, and finalize proposals, ensuring they meet client deadlines.
• Tailor proposal content to align with client needs and industry standards.
• Coordination and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, to gather required inputs for proposals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients & follow up to clarify requirements when necessary.
• Documentation and Formatting:
• Prepare and organize all supporting documentation, such as technical specifications, compliance matrices, pricing sheets, and certifications.
• Ensure all proposals are formatted consistently and meet quality standards.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all proposals comply with the clients requirements, including technical and legal aspects.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Follow-Up:
• Track submitted proposals and coordinate with the sales team to address client queries.
• Maintain records of submitted proposals and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports for sent quote & share with consult person.
