- Department : NPD Job Description To develop New Product parts outside as per requirement for various processes such as Fabrication, Machining, plating , special processes etc., To procure the New product parts on Time with the required quality and optimum cost. To develop Fixture parts outside as per requirement for various processes such as Fabrication, Machining, special processes , etc., To prepare cost Estimation sheet for vendor parts and get pricing approval from the concerned authorities. To be part of the CFT team during DFM (design Manufacture) of the New Product parts before releasing the New Product drawings. To be part of the CFT team for carrying out PFMEA for the critical New Product parts / Processes. To be part of CFT Team for handing over the New Product vendor parts to Production Skills Required Working experience in Heavy Fabrication Industries and machining Knowledge 5 to 10 Years Experience in supplier development field Parts development Handling & Time line execution Upgrade process Facilities & ROI Methodology Good in Communication & Presentation Skills SAP Process & MS office working skills Job Location: Coimbatore Experience: 10 to 15 years experience Qualification: B.E Mechanical Engineering No of Positions: 1 Im Interested,
