Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring achievement of sales for the store through efficient store operations, customer service delivery, management of store personnel and adherence to company norms
Job Profile-
1 Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
2 Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
3 Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
4 Reports of latest trends, customer profile, customer needs, KPIs & profits etc
5 Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
6 Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals
2 Oversee and maintain the customer service standards to the highest possible level
3 Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and all support services within the company, act as the primary liaison for corporate communications
4 Represent the ASMA image through personal and professional appearance
5 Take responsibility for productivity and profitability of the store including sales growth, staffing and inventory results
6 Understand and comply with all company policy, procedures and operations
7 Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store
8 Recognize problems, analyze causes, generate alternatives and solutions
9 Manage all controllable expenses
10 Develop all employees to be knowledgeable in areas of product, merchandising, operations, customer service, VM, sales and growth within the company
11 Maintains store staff by supporting recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
12 Effectively supervise the sales floor to ensure customer and associate awareness at all times
13 Demonstrate teamwork within store and company and ensure that staff is treated professionally, respectfully and courteously.
