Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support, technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Any Graduates & Undergraduates
- 1 to 5 Years experience
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be Fluent in English
- Work from Office
- Support (full-time). Chat, email, all Reviewer tasks
- Handles the continuous client communication, registration, and forwarded cases.
- Face to face interview
- Immediate joiners preferable.
- Non-voice internal customer support
