Finance Specialist Team Lead | 3-12 yrs exp | Chennai @ Capgemini

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and record to report (RTR).
  
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and other supporting schedules.
  
• Oversee monthly close process, including preparation of financial statements and analysis.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  
• Provide guidance on F&A policies, procedures, and best practices to team members.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-12 years of experience in finance specialist role or similar position.
  
• Strong knowledge of accountancy principles, GAAP/IFRS regulations.
  
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP system; experience with RTR module an added advantage.
• Night Shifts are MANDATORY for this role
• Team Lead experience will be an added advantage
