Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and record to report (RTR).
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and other supporting schedules.
Oversee monthly close process, including preparation of financial statements and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Provide guidance on F&A policies, procedures, and best practices to team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-12 years of experience in finance specialist role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of accountancy principles, GAAP/IFRS regulations.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP system; experience with RTR module an added advantage.
Night Shifts are MANDATORY for this role
Team Lead experience will be an added advantage
