Job Title: Team Lead .NET

Location: Pune (Baner)

Experience Required: 10 to 15 years

Job Description:

As a Team Lead .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a high-performing development team. You will be responsible for solution architecture, providing technical direction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires a hands-on approach with coding, mentoring your team, and ensuring best practices are followed across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers.
• Architect and implement complex .NET-based applications.
• Provide technical direction for enterprise-level solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and more.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
