Job Description

Responsible of managing CFAs, resource and staff in an effective manner, Highly focused with a comprehensive understanding of logistics, Supply chain, Boasting a consistent & proven track record of successfully employing best business practices that improve efficiency, reduce operating costs whilst increasing performance.

All to tight time scales and within budget, Committed to identifying and implementing continuous improvements in the supply chain & warehouse.

Responsible for supply chain management, demand planning, vendor management, supply planning, warehouse management, order management, inventory management, material planning, inventory control, logistics management, dispatch planning, SAP ERP, Daily throughput plan of CFAs (Dispatches & Unloading), Aging of Orders & delivery TAT, Inventory: Block stock review, CSR & Write off proposals, Stock Returns, Customer Connect & feedback, Quarterly preparation of Freight Card & Capex utilization update, Coordination with Zonal teams for various initiatives & hygiene aspects, Tracker for Physical verification/audit of stock across CFAs, Processing of Insurance claims, empty CBBs for repacking, Driving Kaizen/Major Initiatives towards automating/digitizing processes related to CFA Operations. Looking after availability of stock, Daily Monitoring Forecast vs Stocks Availability and Co-ordination with Corporate Supply Chain and planning for stock to meet the stocks shortfall, Strategic planning and Dispatch monitoring from CFAs to Stockiest, route planning including CSD & Institutional stockiest.

Responsible for rate negotiation with C&FAs, warehouse agencies and transporters, Manage large number of transporters, Customer service and high throughput warehouse in the region, Coordinating with the Sales team, Planning team and Marketing team for efficient transportation planning and for on time stock availability
