Job Title: Design Manager (E&M Electrical & Mechanical / MEP)

Location: Mumbai (Full-Time)

Qualification Requirements:

• Educational:
• Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering (Minimum 15 years of total experience)
  OR
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Minimum 20 years of total experience)
  

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years (Graduate) / 10 years (Diploma) in managing Electrical & Mechanical (MEP) works in Metro Rail, Suburban Railways, or Airport Railway Infrastructure Projects.
  
• Experience should include coordination of systems such as HVAC, Fire Detection & Suppression, Power Distribution, Lifts, Escalators, etc.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete E&M/MEP design and integration scope for the project.
• Interface with MEP consultants, OEMs, and construction teams to ensure technical compliance and design approvals.
• Oversee design submissions, review processes, and ensure adherence to metro rail standards and safety regulations.
• Manage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and design coordination meetings.
  

Other Details:

• Full-time Mumbai-based deployment for the entire Design-Build Period.
