Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Biotechnology Candidate to join our Research and Development team. As a Biotechnology Candidate, you will play a key role in the discovery, development, and optimization of novel biotechnological processes and products. You will work closely with a team of scientists and researchers to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and contribute to project objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in biotechnology, molecular biology, and biochemistry, and is passionate about applying their scientific knowledge to drive innovation and advancement in the field.   Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the research team to design and conduct experiments related to biotechnological processes and product development. - Perform molecular biology techniques, such as DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, cloning, and gene expression analysis. - Utilize bioinformatics tools and databases to analyze and interpret experimental data. - Optimize experimental protocols and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results. - Keep detailed records of experiments, observations, and outcomes in electronic lab notebooks. - Present findings and progress updates to the research team and participate in scientific discussions. - Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in biotechnology through literature review and attending relevant conferences or seminars. - Contribute to the preparation of research reports, scientific publications, and patent applications. - Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to support product development and commercialization efforts.   Qualifications: - Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. - Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in biotechnological techniques and methodologies. - Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, such as PCR, gene cloning, DNA sequencing, and gene expression analysis. - Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and databases for data analysis and interpretation. - Experience with cell culture techniques, protein purification, and assay development is desirable. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present scientific findings. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. - Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines. - Prior experience in an industrial or academic research setting is an advantage.
