Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To generate Prescription from Doctors.
  • To create awareness among the public about HealingClap Labs.
  • To follow up on collection and outstanding with existing clients.
  • To co-ordinate among logistics, CCG, Labs, Collection Centers, Patients and Doctors.
  • Query handling
  • To guide phlebotomists and Receptionist in making follow ups, telephone call to clients.
  • To co-ordinate and assist in organizing seminars, CME etc.
  • To Develop and Tap new clients and customer.
  • To plan and schedule daily sales calls.
  • Engage in daily meetings with doctors and develop new doctors funnels.

  • Self driven.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Healthcare, or any related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience 0 to 5 years of experience in sales. Freshers can also apply.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of the healthcare and diagnostic industry, particularly in North India is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • having experience in startup environment / company with the ability to manage multiple responsibility effectively.
