Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care to patients undergoing cardiac surgery, including pre-operative assessment, intra-operative management, and post-operative recovery.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients.
Conduct routine checks on patients' vital signs, administer medications as needed, and perform various medical procedures during the operation.
Ensure smooth functioning of ICU wards by maintaining accurate records of patient data and communicating effectively with families.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications.
