Job Description

We Are Hiring for Customer Service Domain!

Open Positions:

1. Voice Process - Customer Service Associate

Salary: Up to 28,000 (In-hand)

2. Non-Voice Process - Back Office Executive

Salary: Up to 25,000 (In-hand)

Hiring Boundary: Mira Road to Churchgate (Candidates must reside within this location range).

Work Details:

Shift: Rotational shifts (24/7) including night shifts.

Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs.

Work Mode: Work from office only (No work-from-home option).

Eligibility Criteria:

For Back Office Executive (Non-Voice): Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

For Customer Service Associate (Voice & Non-Voice):

HSC (12th pass) with a minimum of 6 months of experience (on paper).
