Job Description
PFA the jd;
Assessment
o Drive business process consulting and digital transformation for revenue growth in the respective geography
o Managing the local transformation projects for the aligned geography
o Experience with All Digital transformation practice as RPA, AI/ML, Analytics, Data practice, BPM etc.
o Experience in Telecom as a domain across all product and customer life cycle (preferably should have good knowledge of Lead to Cash, Trouble to Resolve processes)
o Experienced in IT-Infra and Network Infra specially covering OSI Layers, 4G, 5G and Fibre planning and implementation
o Should have good understanding of eTom framework
o Responsible for all communication with business leadership and client to drive Change management
o Work closely with local sales and account team to mine opportunities for Digital transformation as Automation, Robotics, AI and other technology solutions for consultative selling
o Support local sales team for BPS business and bringing in downstream, business as well
o Contribute from transformation perspective to the running RFP, proposals or bids in respective geography
o Support quality consulting service by applying Digital transformation practice with the objective to reduce cost/cycle time, improve productivity, increase revenue, improve product/service quality, and/or realign organizational practices with business strategies
o Work with respective vertical leads to fulfil local positions in the respective Geo
Analysis and Feedback
o Research to create value added / proactive proposals for prospective/existing customers.
o Conduct multiple workshops with clients to sell consultative led solutions and transformation
o Meticulously driving the change management and should proactively own the deployment of new ideas and innovation
- Benchmarking performance of existing customers vis--vis competition
o Supporting as governance layer and set up the risk mitigation approach for local running projects
Reporting & Administration
o Share progress on the running leads and consulting pipeline with leadership team
o Participate in Governance reviews with clients on all running projects
- Spread awareness around practices as Digital, Automation etc. via workshops, sessions and other activities
o Manage Consulting revenue and profitability
Qualifications and Education Requirements
o Min 12+ years of overall experience
o 8+ years of experience as Digital transformation consulting across various areas as Telecom etc.
o 7+ years of Network and IT-Infra transformation and solution design
Experience of BPS (BPO) business is preferred
