Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting Senior Engineers:
Junior engineers work under the guidance of senior engineers, providing support and
assistance with various engineering tasks.
Project Support:
You will be involved in the research, design, development, and implementation of
engineering projects.
Data Collection and Analysis:
You often gather, analyze, and interpret data related to engineering projects.
Testing and Inspections:
You will conduct tests and inspections to ensure the quality and functionality of
engineering components or systems.
Documentation and Reporting:
You may be responsible for preparing reports, documenting findings, and maintaining
project records.
Collaboration:
You may be working collaboratively with other engineers, technicians, and contractors
to achieve project goals.
Problem Solving:
You may identify problems, contribute to finding solutions, and assist in implementing
those solutions.
Following Specifications and Drawings:
You may work on projects based on specifications or drawings provided by senior
engineers.
Calculations and Estimates:
You may be perform calculations and make estimates related to project components.
Site Visits:
You will visit project sites to take measurements, answer contractor questions, and
provide support.
Developing Plans and Schedules:
You may contribute to developing project schedules and deliverable timelines.
Maintaining Materials and Equipment:
You may be be responsible for maintaining materials, tools, and equipment.
Record Keeping:
You may be responsible for maintaining records of work done by contractors.
