Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


1. Administrative Support

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations
  • Maintain and organize employee records (physical and digital)
  • Help with filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Manage office supplies and ensure stationery is available

2. HR Documentation

  • Support in preparing letters like offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters, etc.
  • Assist in the documentation during hiring and onboarding processes
  • Keep track of attendance records and leave forms

3. Sourcing

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria

4. Recruitment Support

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Help in initial screening of resumes (if trained)
  • Maintain a database of applicants and job postings

5. Employee Engagement & Coordination

  • Support in organizing HR events, training sessions, or employee engagement activities
  • Assist in communication between departments and employees

Skill Required

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Discreet with confidential information
